1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of cheetahtalent.com, operated by Cheetah Talent, a recruitment firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our services
The site describes how we place AI, data and automation professionals on contract, contract-to-hire and permanent terms. It is information, not an offer or a contract.
- Clients: every engagement is governed by a signed master services agreement and statement of work. If anything on this site differs from those documents, the signed agreement applies.
- Candidates: joining our talent network is free, and we never charge candidates a fee for a placement. Joining doesn't guarantee an interview, a role or employment.
Timelines and steps described on the site, such as a role brief within 48 hours or a shortlist of three, describe how we work. They aren't guarantees for every role.
3. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:
- send false or misleading information, or apply or enquire on someone else's behalf without their permission;
- copy, scrape or harvest the site's content or any contact details on it;
- upload malware, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site;
- use the site or our forms to send spam or unsolicited advertising.
4. What you send us
When you send us a form, résumé or other material, you confirm it's accurate and that you're entitled to share it. You keep ownership of it. You allow us to store and use it to provide our services, as described in ourprivacy policy. We'll only share a candidate's information with a client after that candidate agrees to the specific role.
5. Our content and brand
The Cheetah Talent name, the Speed C symbol, and the text, design and graphics on this site belong to us. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy, modify or reuse our content or brand without written permission.
6. Other websites and services
The site links to services run by others, such as Microsoft Bookings for scheduling calls and professional networks like LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100 CAD. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded. Liability for client engagements is set out in the signed agreement for that engagement.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to a different forum.
